Terms of service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Avisly, a SaaS that automates the management of Google Business Profile reviews, published by [COMPANY], [ADDRESS]. By creating an account, the user fully accepts these terms.
2. Description of the service
Avisly provides: monitoring of the Google reviews of the connected location(s); generation of AI-assisted replies; their publication after the user's approval (or automatically if the user enables that option); alerts on negative reviews. The service relies on third-party APIs (Google) whose availability is not guaranteed by the publisher.
3. Account creation and eligibility
The user must be of legal age and hold the necessary rights over the connected Google Business profile(s). The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. The Google connection uses OAuth — the publisher never receives the Google account password.
4. Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment, billed through Stripe.
- 14-day free trial with no credit card; when it ends, access is suspended unless the user subscribes.
- Cancellation: possible at any time from the dashboard; effective at the end of the current period, with no prorated refund.
- Quotas (locations, reviews per month) depend on the plan; exceeding them invites the user to upgrade.
5. User obligations
- Only connect profiles the user owns or is authorized to manage.
- Never use the service to publish misleading or defamatory content, or content that breaches Google's policies.
- Keep manual approval enabled until confident in the quality of the generated replies.
6. Liability
The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without any guarantee of completeness. The publisher is not liable for sanctions applied by Google to a profile (suspension, review removal) resulting from the user's failure to comply with the platform's rules. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount of the last 12 months of subscription.
7. Intellectual property
The service, its brand and its code are the exclusive property of [COMPANY]. Replies generated by the AI on behalf of the user belong to the user, who takes editorial responsibility for them once published.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by [FRENCH LAW / THE LAW OF THE COMPANY'S COUNTRY]. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts of [CITY], unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
